This chair is next to new! My grandmother had this installed by Acorn and unfortunately passed a few weeks later. This unit had very little use, probably a dozen or so flights up and down if that. I personally removed this and saved all the hardware and remotes. This functioned perfectly prior to removal.
Photos of track length included. I believe this was a six steps on the install, but you can buy additional track from Acorn. This unit is a LEFT Hand Side. I called Acorn to confirm, and they stated that this is a Left Hand Side, and that the chair swivels to the Left at the Top of the Stairs.
This is very heavy, and I can help to load, as it will require two strong people to move.
She paid $3,000 for the complete package, including remotes, track, and install. Save money, as this is next to Brand New unit.
