All 3 claims feature year around 2wd access. The road is mostly paved with only the last mile or two being gravel. The claims are located on a dead end and are very private. I spent two days camping here and didn't see a single other human being. Each claim has a large camp site suitable even for full sized motor homes and trailers.
These claims are ESH meaning they are open to highbanking, gravity dredging, sluicing, panning, sniping, and even to large commercial operations with proper permitting. Each claim has several acres of highbench material making them highly suitable for anyone looking for a commercial operation. There is plenty of water in the creek year around.
HOW MUCH GOLD IS THERE?: Unlike other sellers we do not sell mining claims without personally locating gold deposits on them first. Don't be fooled by mining claim dealers who show you pretty pictures of scenery and campsites, but never tell you how much gold they found. Scenery is free. Campsites are free. The only reason to buy a mining claim is for the gold within its boundaries, and yet they show you pictures of everything but the gold. Would you buy a used car from someone because they showed you pictures of a road? How about a house after just seeing pictures of the town? Don't be a fool!
