II. If the ownership is a points ownership, the resort has the right to change allotment date of the points.
III. We are not responsible for any changes the resort chooses to make.

I. If we have not received the winning bidders information within 3 days of the auction, the transaction will be canceled, and the proper steps will be taken with eBay to dispute the sale.

V. Some resorts and locations may have other closing processes that make the closing time longer.
