The S.I.T.E. Team is committed to providing families with affordable vacation ownership options. We believe the only negative aspect of vacation ownership has always been the huge upfront costs. Some of the deeds we have transferred the ownership of were purchased for tens of thousands of dollars. We believe there is a huge value in picking up those deeds at a fraction of the original cost. Our goal is to give families the ability to stay in resorts that are not affordable for the average household. With the S.I.T.E. Team's transfer of ownership you can do this year after year.
The S.I.T.E. Team will handle the transfer and closing of all sales which greatly expedites the process. The electronic recording of deeds will be utilized whenever possible. This cuts down the recording time from up to 6 weeks down to 3-5 business days. We have in hand all legal documents from the seller necessary to complete the transfer of the property listed. The S.I.T.E. Team will also prepare all documents for the buyer. We will notify the listed resort/management company of the transfer and provide to them a copy of all necessary documents. They will change ownership information if their systems and send out new owner information to the buyer.
The timeshare purchase agreement will be sent after the auctions ends and is expected to be returned within 7 business days of receipt. The closing/transfer of listed properties is a time sensitive business, and failure to receive the purchase agreement within the allotted time frame will result in forfeit of the property without refund.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSFER OF ANY TIMESHARE PROPERTY IS NOT AN OVERNIGHT PROCESS. THIS IS A LEGAL TRANSACTION, AND CERTAIN STEPS MUST BE TAKEN TO INSURE A SUCCESSFUL TRANSFER.
