THIS PIECE IS SIGNED FIRNE, FOR FIRNE Q. WEBB (1899-1982) BORN IN CANADA, SHE LIVED IN CALIFORNIA AND WAS A MEMBER OF THE DESERT ART CENTER AND CALIFORNIA ART CLUB PER BOTH EDAN HUGHES AND ASKART. A NICE SIZE FOR A SMALL EASEL OR THAT SPECIAL SPOT PERFECT FOR A CALIFORNIA DESERT SCENE PAINTING. SHE STUDIED UNDER THEODORE LUKITS AND WILL FOSTER. FEW AUCTION RECORDS. THE ONLY TIME I HAVE RUN ACROSS THIS ARTIST. NICE LITTLE PIECE. FRAMED: APPROXIMATELY 8" X 6". IMAGE SIZE: 7" X 5". No reserve. Bid away.
