The lots are located in Paliview Gardens, Lot 143, Section D, Sites 1,2,3 and 4. No maintenance or annual fees. Paid in full. Fee to transfer $60 to South Lawn/Hawaiian Memorial and transferred with a quit claims deed.
There is a non-filing co-owner listed on the contract who has quit claimed her ownership.
The Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery is located on the windward side of Oahu. The cemetery is just south of Kaneohe Bay and borders the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery near John A Burns Freeway
