1. If planning to return an item, the customer must contact us within 48 hours after the package delivered, request the return on us and return the item within 30 days of receipt.
2. In order to return an item, the product MUST be in a fully resalable condition i.e. unopened and unused unless the item the customer received was damaged/defective. 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item the customer received was damaged/defective.
3.If customer return the item with no original, resalable condition, we will deduct up to 50 % restocking fee from your refund. the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4.The customer has to pay for the shipping fee unless the item the customer received was damaged/defective or in the case of receiving wrong item.
5. Wig, Makeup and Liquid products are non-returnable unless we have sent the wrong item, or the item was received damaged/defective.
6.We will process your full refund/partial refund once we receive the item you are returning
7. If the customer makes a mistake/change their mind on their order and the order was already shipped, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Also, 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item the customer received was damaged/defective.

- If an item is sent back to us due to an incorrect/invalid address, the shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

Please follow these instructions if exchanging an item
1. If planning to exchange an item, the customer must contact us within 48 hours and return the item within 14 days of receipt.
2.When requesting to exchange an item, the customer must pay for the shipping fee unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. The item the customer plans to exchange must be in the original, unused condition with the original packaging. We will charge a 20% restocking fee.
4. If the item is not in original, unused condition with the original packaging, we will have to charge up to 50% restocking fee.
5. In order to do an exchange, the customer will have to place a new order of the item first, and then we'll issue a refund as soon as we receive your original package back.
6. Makeup and Liquid products are non-exchangeable unless we have sent the wrong item, or the item was received damaged.
