Reservations will not be changed for any reason W/O full maintenance Fees paid to be clear. Availability is limited and this is a Prime winter week....and we will not be attempting (unlikely anyway) to re book and lose this prime usage.
That being said, if you win the auction and did not want the reserved week, with full maintenance fees paid, we can cancel reservation and you will be left with usage that’s based on availability at Transfer close....
We can also waive Maintenance Fees and transfer usage as 2021 if you like. Thanks
