We've moved out of state and can no longer use our weeks at this great timeshare in Big Bear Lake. Next reservation booked is for President's Day week 2/18-2/25/2022 - usually a great ski week. The unit is the "Bearview" described as:
678 square foot unit offering 1 bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, dining and living area with pull-out sofa, gas-burning fireplace and private deck.

It is a prime season unit so you can book either winter or summer up to 1 year in advance. If you are unable to use your reservation, they offer rental pool to recoup your maintenance fee.
Maintenance fee is currently $748/year broken into 2 installations due on 1/1 and 7/1 of each year with an additional approximately $40/year property tax fee. The timeshare is currently fully paid and in good standing.
