SOME BACKGROUND ABOUT THE LAND:
THAMESFIELD is what remains of a 300 acre (121 Hectares) farm that, over time has been sub-divided and sold off to other estates and property developers.

Thamesfield is in the Local Authority of the ROYAL BOROUGH OF WINDSOR AND MAIDENHEAD. It is close to the M25, 18 miles from central London and 4.5 miles from London Heathrow Airport. It has several main line train stations for London, one of which connects to Waterloo which then offers ongoing train travel into Europe. Many thriving international businesses are located in the area because of its proximity to London and the variety of travel connections. Some plots are a different size/ area and are priced accordingly, all based on the same £95 PER SQUARE METRE calculation.

BUYING A PLOT ON THAMESFIELD:
Buying a plot is simple. Each plot comes with freehold title confirming that you own it. There is no clawback attached to the land and you will retain access to your plot. We will register you as the freehold plot owner with HM Land Registry and once it has completed processing the paperwork, you will receive the official Title Deeds proving that you own the plot/s.
