There are three pools and spas.
Alii and Coral pools and spas: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Banyan pool and spa: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Pool and spa use is for owners and registered guests only.
ROOFTOP CENTER _(Fitness center, shower room, sitting area with TV, pool table and ping pong table) _
Open daily from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm
TENNIS & MINI-GOLF
8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Available to Lawai Beach Resort owners and registered guests, equipment for both is available at the mini-golf course storage unit. Access by room key.

Lawai Beach Resort owners and registered guests, at the Security Office at the Rooftop Center.
BBQ Area
There are BBQ grills at each of our three pools, Rooftop deck and picnic areas. Please refer to the RESORT MAP for the locations.
HERB GARDEN
Located near the Banyan BBQ picnic area. The variety includes Hawaiian chili pepper, sweet basil, lemon grass, chives, garlic chives, parsley, etc.
HORSESHOES
9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Available to Lawai Beach Resort owners and registered guests. Complimentary use of equipment is available at the Front Desk on a first-come, first-serve basis.
COMPLIMENTARY COMPUTER KIOSK (Boarding Pass Printing)
There are two computer kiosks available at the Honu Center in the Banyan Building, you can print boarding pass, surf the web, check your email and print out documents.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
There are two types of fee base services available from our Housekeeping Department.
SERVICE is $25, includes removal of your trash and replacement of towels.
FULL SERVICE is $45, includes complete replacement of linens and towels, bathroom cleaning, furniture dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and emptying trash.

WHO IS HANDLING THE CLOSING? WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR UPDATES?
Resort Closings, Inc. out of Bozeman, Montana is handling the escrow and closing process.
The average closing time (receipt of funds/paperwork to final documents sent to the resort) is 4-6 weeks. Some resorts require ROFR which can delay the closing 15-30 days. If the buyer purchases Title Insurance (when available) it will increase closing time 3-4 weeks, on average. Some resorts and locations may have other closing processes that make the closing time longer. Please email me if you have any questions regarding closing, or if you would like copies of the escrow documents.

Payment must be received within 5 days of receiving the purchase agreement and escrow documents for signature. A non paying bidder dispute will be filed only after 5 days of not receiving payment or your information to draft the purchase documents.
