DEMING, NEW MEXICO
I own a nice 1 acre lot in Deming, Luna County, New Mexico with close access to Interstate 10. This land is in an excellent location near Las Cruces, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas and Tucson, Arizona is a 3-hour drive west on I-10. Local pick up for this sale is not necessary despite it saying so in the shipping instructions.
I am selling the lot for $1,750. The bid amount will be added to this figure. There is no minimum, which must be met on the bid. You can either make arrangements for full payment upon securing the winning bid or arrange for $100 MONTHLY PAYMENT WITH NO INTEREST CHARGES.
I am very flexible and willing to work with any buyer. There are NO pre-payment penalties so you can pay the balance off early if you wish. There are NO credit or background checks as prerequisite to buying.
One of the above photographs is of the County Assessor’s plat. Your lot is east on Hwy 549 and then south on Franklin Road and cut over on Coyote Road. The legal description of the property is Deming Ranchettes Unit 111, Block 24, Tract 43-44 and the legal is 3 035 144 239 029 and 3 035 144 251 028.
ALL ABOUT DEMING
The population of Deming is around 14,000. The town is 60 miles west of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Economic development in the area includes employment opportunities at the United States Department of Homeland Security and in the tourism industry. The area is also a major railroad hub to the west. Higher education can be obtained at Dona Ana Community College in Deming.
Deming boasts many tourism destinations such as the Florida Mountains, Chihuahuan Desert, City of Rocks State Park, and Rockhound State Park. This area is known as a “rock hunters paradise.” The average winter temperature is 65F and the summer climate is a breezy, dry heat.
Nearby in Las Cruces: This city has a population of 95,000. It is the home of the New Mexico State University Lobos. Prospective development in this municipality includes the recently built Spaceport America. It is the world’s first commercial spaceport. New Mexico has a tradition in space leadership and it is anticipated in the near future that people will be taking commercial flights into space. You can view more about spaceport at:
This is an area which, in my opinion, has a great upside. Prior to the real estate downturn, lots were selling nearby two to three times more the price of this lot. Utilities are in the area but not to the property. Like most property in the west, you will need a well for water.
_IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS PROPERTY, PLEASE USE DUE DILIGENCE PRIOR TO BIDDING. AS WITH ANY PURCHASE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU FULLY RESEARCH AND VIEW THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO BIDDING SO THAT YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT THE PROPERTY FITS YOUR NEEDS, PLANS, AND DESIRES._
_THE INITIAL PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 10 OF THE ENDING OF THE AUCTION._
