After we are notified via eBay that you won the bid and the auction has ended, you will receive an email from us requesting information for the Purchase and Sale Contract. Alternately, you can contact us first via eBay email with this information:

Next, we will email you the Purchase and Sale Contract through a secure website named DocuSign for your electronic signatures.
_DEPOSIT_
After you have reviewed and e-signed the contract, a deposit of $1,000.00 is due immediately. This is payable by credit card, and an authorization form will be attached to the contract for your convenience. If the total of the purchase is less than $1,000.00, the total amount of the purchase price will be due. Please note: We only charge your card once the resort has provided us with the waiver of their Right of First Refusal (ROFR). This saves you the hassle of having to wait for a refund should the resort decide to exercise this right.
_RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL PROCESS_
Upon receiving your signed contract and deposit, we will submit the contract to the resort so they may begin their Right Of First Refusal (ROFR) process. The resort may take up to 30 days to determine whether to _exercise_ their right to purchase the property back from the seller or _waive_ their right and allow the purchase to proceed as contracted with you as the buyer.
_CLOSING & RESORT TRANSFER INFORMATION_

All closings are handled by our preferred title company, _Timeshare Resale Closing Services, Inc._, who is greatly experienced in timeshare closings. All paperwork is handled via fax, email, US Postal Service and FedEx.
Our brokerage and the title company does what it can to expedite the closing process, which generally takes 60-90 days to complete. In some cases, the resorts will take longer in their transfer process. In these times, patience is appreciated. Please be assured our goal is to have you enjoying your new timeshare as soon as humanly possible!
_REMAINING FEES & __PAYMENT OPTIONS_
Once we have received the Right Of First Refusal (ROFR) waiver, letter of estoppel, and any other necessary documents from the resort, the title company will send you closing documents and a request for the balance due, if applicable.
The remaining balance of this purchase may be made by cashier's check or money order. The title company also accepts credit card or wire transfer for the remaining balance, bank and merchant fees may apply, please ask for details.
_CLOSING SERVICE INCLUDE_
All aspects of the timeshare transfer including the resort closing, legally compliant document preparation, submission of the deed for recording, any additionally required state tax forms, coordination of title insurance, escrow and disbursement of funds, and, lastly, making sure the transfer is processed properly at the resort.
