This is a strikingly beautiful set of Noritake candle holders or candle sticks glazed in Persian blue, tan lustre and gold lustre/luster Moriage designs and accents. Its main decorative motifs are the repeating patterns of fruit garlands and the Greek key at the top. The set is in excellent overall condition, with no cracks, hairlines, chips, fleabites or repairs. They measure 4 1/8" in diameter at their base and are 3.75" high. They are marked on the bottom with a Noritake M in Wreath back stamp, in red, mark #27.1. White spots, if any, are camera glare.
