This is a very pretty set of Noritake salt/pepper shakers set in a tray from the Noritake Art Deco period. The shakers are in the form of flowers, glazed in orange, yellow and blue lustre/luster and they fit into a blue lustre tray with a gold finial handle. One has its original cork, the other looks like a replacement. The shaker set measure 4.25" wide and it is 2.25 " tall to the top of the finial. This set is in excellent condition, with no visible cracks, hairlines, fleabites or repair. One of the shakers is marked on the side with a green, Japan backstamp, Japan, mark J.0 and the tray itself is marked on the bottom with the Noritake Chikamarachi backstamp, in green, mark C.22. White spots, if any, are camera glare. Successful buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance and payment must be received within ten (10) business days of the close of the auction or the sale may be voided.
