This is an impressive, large, Noritake two handle vase in an interesting twist on the classic urn like shape from Noritake's Art Deco period. The main decoration is a large papier poppy, a bud and its foliage painted in rich hues of fiery red-orange, salmon and yellow-green foliage. Gold accents & trim complete the vase. The vase is in excellent overall condition, with no chips, cracks, hairlines, fleabites or repairs. It is marked on the bottom with the Noritake M in Wreath backstamp in red, mark 27.1. The vase measures 9" high and is 5" wide at its widest. White spots, if any, are camera glare. Successful buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance and payment must be received within ten (10) business days of the close of the auction or the sale may be voided.
