Finely carved old wooden human figure from Ibibo tribe Nigeria. One foot has decayed and two other areas on back side show scars that suggests insect damage, nose has been chipped. Traces of black and red paint on hair, hands and skirt. 11.75 inches high. Purchased twenty years ago in an auction lot.
