I own a nice 1/4 acre lot in Eloy, Arizona with close access to Interstate 10 and Interstate 8. This land is in an excellent location about half way between Phoenix and Tucson.

Eloy is a small town of about 11,000 at the convergence of Interstates 10 and 8. It's about an hour to either Phoenix or Tucson. Things to do include hot air balloon rides, sky diving, the Case Grande Ruins, Picacho Peak State Park, Ironwood Forest and, of course, golfing. There are the necessities such as chain stores in town and also some nice boutiques.
There is an abundance of sporting events in the Phoenix area including Diamondbacks baseball, Suns basketball, Cardinals football, Coyotes hockey, Sun Devil college events, and spring training baseball. The Cactus League teams include the Reds, Cubs, White Sox, Indians, Rangers, Angels, Royals, Rockies, Dodgers, Brewers, A's, Padres, Giants, Mariners and D'backs.
This is an area which, in my opinion, has a great upside. I consider this more of an investment rather than for immediate use. Utilities are in the area but not to the property. Like most property in the west, you would need a well or other alternative for water.
