There were 1,962 households out of which 38.40% had children under the age of18 living with them, 57.20% were married couples living together, 7.30%had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.50% were non-families. 24.30% of all households were made up of individuals and8.60% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.69 and the average family size was 3.22.
In the county the population was spread out with 25.70% under the age of18, 8.50% from 18 to 24, 36.00% from 25 to 44, 22.10% from 45 to 64, and 7.80% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years.For every 100 females there were 158.80 males. For every 100 females age18 and over, there were 182.10 males.
The median income for a household in the county was $50,540, and the median income for a family was $56,112. Males had a median income of $44,214versus $34,634 for females.

Twenty years later, when westward bound wagon trains began using the Humboldt Trail, the trading post on the southern bank of the river at Graveley Ford came to be called Frenchmans Ford, and by 1863 when it was renamed for the last time, in honor of the principal Paiute chief of the region, a rough settlement had grown up along the river bank.

WINNEMUCCA IS THE COUNTY SEAT OF HUMBOLDT COUNTY IN THE U.S. STATE OF NEVADA. IT WAS THE SITE OF A SEPTEMBER 19, 1900 BANK ROBBERY BY THE WILD BUNCH. ATRUE WESTERN TOWN! INTERSTATE 80 PASSES THROUGH THE CITY, AND IS THE SITE OF A SPLIT/JOIN OF I-80 AND U.S. HIGHWAY 95.

Answer: The process is simple! If you are the winning bidder I will send you an email after the auction. I will provide the total amount due. The total amount due will be the winning bid amount and the $295.00 processing fee. There are no other costs. You then provide the name/names you would like listed on the deed and the address you want listed on the deed. Once I have the full payment I mail the deed to the county recorder's office within 24 hours. Once the deed has been recorded it is mailed directly to you.
