This listing is for a new unframed print of the original painting created by Cleveland Artist Bruce Conforti commemorating Cleveland Ohio's Bi-Centennial Celebration in 1996. I purchased this wonderful print many years ago with intention of framing for hanging which has never happened. And so have decided to part with it for someone else to frame and enjoy. Since time of purchase, it has been kept rolled in a large protective mailing tube. Will be checking very closely again at time of temporary mounting for additional pictures to make sure haven't missed any marks or damage but print appears to be in pristine condition. Note the exception that on the backside of the print at one corner there is very small area of adhesive where the price sticker was gently removed.
Regarding the pictures for this listing, PLEASE NOTE first picture is a stock photo of this wonderful print which I am using for purpose of getting this piece listed. I currently don't have sufficiently large enough temporary mounting background material and since printed on such high quality thick stock, am too concerned for possible crease breakage or damage. So please bear with me. I will be adding additional actual photos in next few days. I have included two actual pictures of the signed/numbered print you will be receiving showing where Bruce Conforti has signed/numbered the print. Print numbered 396/500. ".

Print measures 24" X 38".

Normally I follow the Ebay standard 14-Day Return Policy Guidelines. But in this case, as in the case of some other artwork I have listed, I am not offering returns unless something is found materially wrong with or there has been any misrepresentation concerning this item on my part. I truly hope you understand the why of this. Not all of us handle artwork and other such more sensitive items with quite as much care as needed to not cause damage thus devaluing the piece and I would be too concerned about selling such an item, then accepting a return only to find damage has been caused while out of my hands Your understanding is appreciated.
It's important to me that you have both a smooth easy experience in making purchases from me and you're satisfied and happy with anything you might buy. If there should be a problem or issue either with our transaction or an item(s) you may purchase, please do let me know before leaving negative feedback so we can work out whatever the problem might be.
Positive feedback is of course important to both of us. If you would be so good as to remember to leave feedback after arrival of your item it would be greatly appreciated.
Continuing to work towards listing more and more items in 2017. I do hope you'll make sure to check back again over time for new items as they're listed. You just never know what might show up.
