For auction, Vox violin bass guitar body,Sunburst finish with pickups, electronics, bridge, pick guard, four hole neck plate and screws. Acquired this bass used a number of years ago, was a custom build with a Hagstrom short scale neck, not sure what year the body is, neck screws pulled through, making the bass unusable. Attempted to repair the neck,my brother was an amateur luthier and was planning on making a long scale neck for me, but he unfortunately passed away. Bass came with a single pickup, about twenty years ago, added the lower pickup and the three position switch, at the time cost was $150.00. Selling the parts off as I no longer play much and lost interest. There is some damage to the plastic bezel around the top pickup. See pictures. This is a replica of the 1960’s era Hofner “Beatle” Violin Bass guitar.
