This upscale 12,000-acre timeshare resort is 1.6 miles from the Stonehenge Golf Club, 7 miles from the Chestnut Hill Winery and 13.5 miles from Cumberland Mountain State Park. All of the modern, polished villa-style condos have free WiFi, pull-out sofas, coffeemakers and microwaves, plus balconies or decks. Some have full kitchens, whirlpool tubs, fireplaces and washer/dryers. Amenities include 4 restaurants, a fitness center, and a game room. There&#x27;s also indoor and outdoor swimming pools, lakes, beaches, marinas, tennis courts, golf courses, playgrounds and a BBQ area. Some amenities are seasonal and are available at an additional charge.

We only allow up to 10 timeshares purchased per person. If you attempt to exceed 10 timeshare purchases from our company and bid on listings without prior approval from Vacation Properties for Less, LLC, your bids will be cancelled. If you are the winning bidder on more than 10 timeshares, it will be up to Vacation Properties for Less, LLC discretion as to which transactions are cancelled.
Most properties we list cannot be transferred to a corporation (LLC, INC, etc). If you want your company to be considered for an exemption, please contact us before bidding.
Unfortunately, no advanced reservations will be made on behalf of the buyer before the transfer is complete. No exceptions will be made.
Please be aware that some resorts require a Social Security number or county specific tax identifier number to proceed with the transfer. If you are not willing or unable to provide one, please do not bid on our properties listed.
As a buyer of a listed property, you may choose to have your transaction placed into our escrow account for additional buyer protection. Florida properties purchased will be required to use escrow, no exceptions.
The transfer process varies per resort. Currently, successful transfers average between 3 - 6 months to complete. No property will close in less than 90 days.
If an incentive is offered by seller, it will be sent once we are notified by the resort of the completion of the transfer. Resorts consider a property “closed” when it has been fully transferred into the buyer&#x27;s name and the resort has approved of all the documentation. The incentive will be mailed in the form of a check to the address provided at the initial point of sale. It is the buyer&#x27;s responsibility to keep Vacation Properties for Less, LLC updated if an address change occurs during the process of the transfer.
Many resorts have a ROFR (right of first refusal) policy. If the resort does exercise their right of first refusal, you will be refunded the full sale price and the incentive attached to the property will be voided. The incentive is only given at the completion of the transfer into your name.
All auction winners WILL NOT checkout through eBay. An invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the buyer&#x27;s eBay account for payment. Acceptable methods of payment are checks, money orders, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. At the end of the auction, the Buyer (you) will receive an eBay message requesting your information. Please reply with your information which includes: Name, Address, Two Phone Numbers, Valid Photo ID, and Email Address. Some properties will require a Social Security number and credit application for processing. If anything additional is required then we will let you know once the bidding has ended. Winner information is due no later than 48 hours after the closing of an auction. If buyer information is not received within 48 hours after the auction ends, the property will be relisted and the buyer will be blocked from participating in any future auctions. After your information is received we will walk you through the rest of the simple purchasing and transfer process.
